FreshPro Food Distributors files Chapter 11 bankruptcy

On February 28, 2024, RLB Food Distributors, doing business as FreshPro Food Distributors BB #:126383 West Caldwell, NJ., filed a petition for bankruptcy under Chapter 11 In the United States Bankruptcy Court District of New Jersey (Newark) under case number 24-12110. 

Petition content showed that the estimated number of creditors to range between 200-999.  Estimated assets were reported to range between $1,000,001 – $10,000,000 while estimated liabilities were reported to range between $1,000,001 and $10 million.  The petition showed that “funds will be available for distribution to unsecured creditors.”
